Retail Loyalty Battleground

Talking here with Yahoo Finance about the rise of paid retail loyalty programs:

In one way certainly not new, as a Costco membership for example is an early, real and tangible loyalty program, but new innovations in the competitive landscape, technology and the value exchange are creating tremendous disruptions in the loyalty marketing space.
